Senior UX/UI Designer

Onward Play is seeking a passionate UX/UI Designer for the 3D space. The client is open to perm or temp candidate. The perfect candidate comes from brand communication and will be responsible for the visual identity and user interactions within their reality platform. This opportunity incorporates strong design skills, creation of design systems and savvy software.  This is for someone interested in 3D & extended reality interaction design who will help create new ways to engage and interact with users. 

We are looking for a person who is collaborative, creative, passionate about the 3D space, excellent at ux/ui product design who is open to growing themselves and their team along with the actual product. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• UX skills including wireframes, flows, site maps and other deliverables
• UI design skills that will set the tone and design system for the entire platform
• Create prototypes & has proven experience launching/creating from concept to completion
• Create comps & guidelines for the development team
• Solid experience with responsive and adaptive layouts
• Develop & manage UI/visual libraries and guidelines/style guide 
• Be a part of defining the product strategy
• Work well with other teams throughout as well as being able to work independently

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years in product ux/ui design
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch
• Expert knowledge of Zeplin, InVision & other style guide tools
• Experience with high-profile complex web, mobile, app interfaces
• 1+ years mentoring/managing junior product/ux designers
• Portfolio showing your data driven experience, digital media & refined aesthetic
• Experience with user-centered design principles, best practices
• Proven experience designing within brand guidelines
• Excellent presentation skills
• Agile experience
• Rapid prototyping application experience as well as strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript with some coding being a plus
• BA or Higher 
• Background in creative design
• Prior experience in reality applications or gaming

Pay: $140,000 - $170,000 yearly
