UX Designer

Onward Search has a client that is looking for a Sr UX/UI Designer. You will be part of a team of digital innovators focused on creating health care experiences that help users get their jobs done. 

To be successful in this role, you need to be a well-rounded Experience Designer who can solve complex business challenges while being an advocate for users. You have experience with user-centered design processes - designing the right thing and designing things right. You can produce sketches, user flows, and wireframes that clearly illustrate the customer journey.  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UX and UI experience
• Proven experience in driving and delivering design from initial concepts all the way to successful market launches
• Strong portfolio of work including examples of mobile web, desktop and other digital experiences in a Case Study format
• Hands on experience with wire framing and prototyping tools
• Hands on experience within an agile development process is a huge plus
• Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
