Onward Search is on the hunt for a Research Coordinator to join our Entertainment client for a long-term contract position.

You'll be supporting our client's internal design studio and be responsible for participant recruiting, research coordinating, and lab maintenance to facilitate studies for our research team.


  • Participant outreach, screening, scheduling, and incentivizing.
  • Soliciting, identify and prepare appropriate candidates to participate in research studies.
  • Manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously as well as accommodate the unexpected.
  • Update and grow the database of attendees for all research studies.
  • Test all lab equipment before test sessions.
  • Keep labs clean, organized, stocked.


  • Prefer candidates who have a degree in Psychology, but not required.
  • Prefer candidates who are interested in a career in UX Research and/or Design.
  • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be flexible, and embrace change in a fast-pace environment.
  • Must have an approachable demeanor and composure.
  • Must be a critical thinker.
  • Must be a good listener, and multi-tasker.
  • Must be an expert in Excel.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
