One of our trendy streaming clients is looking to add a Research Ops professional to help out their Research Team.
Looking for a Research Operations Lead to lead the research operations practice. This person will develop and maintain efficient processes to support research studies with podcast, video and live content creators. They will be responsible for working with leads across the organization, while supporting research studies — particularly the planning and recruitment of research projects.

The ideal candidate is a well-organized self-starter with a keen eye for detail, strong program management skills. They will also have direct experience in research operations.


  • Manage and coordinate podcast, video and live audio creator research recruitment globally - working directly with CRM and account managers to develop communications and incentive structures to continue to maintain our strong relationship with creators
  • Collaborate with both researchers and non-researchers to understand their research operations needs and work to develop processes and programs to make conducting research easier
  • Collaborate with both researchers and non-researchers to study their objectives, clarify their participant requirements, decide sourcing methods, develop assessments to screen candidates, plan the logistics of recruitment support and perform key tasks to execute that plan
  • Collaborate closely with the centralized Research Operations team and Marketplace Research Operations team (who work with music artist research operations) and will leverage their processes when possible
  • Develop and maintain team resources and communications - which could include a team website, training materials, playbooks, and regular messaging out to the team about process updates
  • Source and evaluate research vendors when needed. Interface with legal, security and procurement teams to onboard and pay vendors, including facilitating statements of work


  • Demonstrated experience working in research and/or a research operations or research program management role
  • Has a strong foundational understanding of research methods, including participant recruitment tactics and strategies for each
  • Enjoys working closely with researchers and cross-functional partners / leads (marketing, designers, product managers)
  • Is well versed in project management tools (such as JIRA, Airtable, Trello, Google Sheets, etc)
  • Is an excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Has an understanding of and experience with GDPR and other Privacy practices is a plus
  • Experience working with and supporting non-researchers (in addition to researchers) is a plus
  • Experience working with international, multi-market research is a plus
  • Experience working with creators is a plus
