Our client, a top financial company located in Downtown LA is looking to hire a Consumer Insights & Research Manager for a 6+ month assignment. This person will be responsible for conducting primary and secondary research for the marketing group then synthesizing the results into recommendations and presenting to the team. 


  • Develop comprehensive research briefs in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Conduct primary research for ongoing projects/initiatives across Marketing, Product and Digital teams
  • Conduct primary and secondary/desk research based on needs
  • Conduct competitive intelligence research
  • Consult and manage third party led research initiatives as needed
  • Develop creative briefs that inspire and inform teams with client and competitive insights
  • Participate in design reviews for advertising and digital/UX initiatives
  • Provide a confident and informed point of view on client needs across internal audiences
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing and consumer insights
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with quantitative and qualitative research
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal
  • Exceptional analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
  • Understanding of customer research platforms
  • Knowledge of the different research methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Financial industry experience a plus, but not required
