  • Possess excellent facilitation/presentation skills to effectively communicate standards
  • Apply analytics to pinpoint market need, generate high volume/high quality results, screen & assess potential candidates for interest level and qualifications
  • Develop a pool of qualified passive candidates, ahead of demand, and maintain contact with possible future candidates
  • Utilize social media to attract, engage, and network with candidates and identify market insights
  • Possess ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and balance outbound & inbound telephone calls, email and/or SMS communications and detailed database entries
  • Exhibit advanced time management and organizational skills
  • Report on/maintain data around activity, marketplace trends and produce quality information on market intelligence

As our Resource Manager (Business Development and Facilitation Representative), you will be responsible for two primary jobs: prospecting/sourcing new independent contractors as well as assisting with their initial orientation.

  • To acquire prospective vendors, you will build robust pipelines of independent contractors, developing innovative strategies aimed at attracting providers using currently vetted methods, traditional, non-traditional & creative sourcing channels. 
  • You will proactively network, cold call, mine the internet and current databases for vendors, do market research, and explore social media to generate results.
  • To support new provider orientation, you will host regularly scheduled, web-based presentations designed to ensure they are able to follow industry standards for safely and effectively performing roadside services. You will facilitate 8 sixty minutes sessions per week; including one every other Saturday. Materials used have already been developed and roadside or mechanical experience is not required.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Resource concentration, such as human resource generalist, training and development, talent management and/or talent acquisition, OR
  • Associates Degree and at least 4 years’ experience in sourcing or procurement and 4 years’ experience in training, OR High School Diploma / GED and at least 6 years of experience in each in sourcing or procurement
  • 3-4 years high volume corporate recruiting environment and/or corporate field recruitment
  • Experience providing field support in a multi-site/location environment
  • Role specific abilities/skills
  • 3 years’ demonstrated experience in business development (sourcing/procurement)
  • 3 years’ experience in facilitation or contractor onboarding; web-based experience a plus
  • Advanced skills utilizing various social media applications for sourcing
  • Experience using Salesforce a plus
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word
