One of our technology clients setting the trend in their industry is looking for a Manager of Service Retention, you will own marketing communications to network of service partners. You will report to the Director of Service Marketing and develop strategies and programs that drive restaurant success and retention. You’ll collaborate with Service Network and Product teams to activate restaurants and drive them to take actions that will help them get the most value from our partnership.
You’ll develop engaging programming to retain and deepen our relationship with our partners and work with Brand and PR to ensure our messaging stays aligned with our mission of serving restaurants.

Impact:

  • Optimize our customer lifecycle strategy for service activation, success, and retention, in coordination with Product and Network Teams.
  • Work closely with Service Marketing Operations to optimize our marketing database, track campaign success, measure engagement, and expand to new channels.
  • Develop communication plans for introducing new features and services to our partnered service providers and drive ongoing adoption, in partnership with Product Marketing and Success.
  • Partner with the Merchant Growth team on our strategy for maximizing restaurant value by defining core goals and identifying new segments and opportunities.
  • Drive service provider retention and brand health by collaborating with PR and Brand on messaging and maintaining alignment with our Care and Service Network Teams.
  • Track the performance of retention programs by establishing and continuously optimizing metrics to measure effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related concentration or equivalent experience
  • 5-6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in lifecycle/retention
  • 2-3 years of people management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related concentration or equivalent experience
  • Keen business acumen with the ability to utilize data-driven insights to initiate action
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Braze, Pardot, or Marketo
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholders at all levels
