Digital Merchandising Specialist

Onward Search needs a Digital Merchandising Specialist for a Global Toy Company based on the East Coast.  

You’ll be Supporting the Marketing Team to develop and execute  consumer touchpoints.

As a Digital Merchandising Specialist you’ll: 

• Aggregate assets, create & publish PDP’s for all products listed on Hasbro Pulse US (& cloning to other locales for local teams to translate//edit).
• Set up & maintain all collection pages, product categorization and product cross sell, including filters, nav placement and SEO friendly language
• Manage key marketing elements of the site inclusive of; homepage, PDP’s (inclusive of enhanced PDP’s within Shogun), & event landing pages (Shogun + WMW Created Pages)
• Manage online inventory levels and sell through to avoid oversells and keep track of underperforming products
• Email consumers for delayed/early product shipments via Klaviyo
• Optimize the product shopping experience using GA data to drive conversion, traffic, and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Collaborate with cross functional partners to provide actionable feedback on Hasbro Pulse merchandising needs.
• Evaluate product placement and SKU productivity, monitor website to ensure that all available product is active on the site and appropriately listed

Skills & Experience needed:  

• 3-5 years of experience in digital merchandising for ecommerce business
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising or related field, or equivalent
