UX Designer

Onward Search needs a contract based UX Designer to join an innovative team a a growing digital organization! This is a remote opportunity for East Coast based candidates.

Qualifications Required:

• 5+ years’ experience in UX Design, working across the entire design lifecycle with exposure to UI and Visual design
• Proven experience overseeing the design process, from inception to market launch
• Must have a detailed portfolio showcasing design experience across areas such as web, desktop, mobile, and applications.
• Proficient in working with Design Systems.
• Able to convey user requirements through storytelling and communicating them to internal teams and stakeholders
• Proficient in operating autonomously in alignment with strategic directives, requiring minimal supervision, and not afraid to provide recommendations that shape strategic decisions.
• Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced, Agile product environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Human Factors or similar degree
