Onward Search is in immediate need for a talented Creative Resource Manager to help introduce new practices, tools and metrics that will guarantee an increase in efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand current, pending and future workload, and map a plan to appropriate resources accordingly
  • Hold weekly meetings with Creative Leadership to provide status on resourcing, upcoming assignments, and obstacles to resolve
  • Manage team vacation calendars and coverage
  • Assess current structure, tools and processes, and develop a proposal for how to improve resource operations
  • Manage resource obstacles that arise on a day-to-day basis
  • Provide regular reporting to Creative and Marketing Leadership on resource burn rate and bandwidth

Requirements:

  • College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
  • Proven working experience in resource management in the creative services, marketing, or design agencies
  • Deep understanding of creative development process and key creative players
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience w/project management tools, such as Wrike, JIRA, etc.
