National Healthcare client is seeking a MARKETING & CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER to step in and assist the manager of the department to oversee the process and creation of marketing collateral. PM will handle project plans, schedules, budgets and the creative brief, and then follow the project from start to finish.Will work hand-in-hand with creative services to create projects that please the client.


  • Solid understanding of the creative process from concept to completion
  • Print production knowledge preferred
  • 3+ years in a similar role and environment
  • Experience working with production artists and proofreaders
  • Manage any translation needs
  • Update database with progress reports
  • Proofread as needed
  • Able to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment


  • Organized - able to maintain databases, projects, follow protocol on various procedures
  • Familiar with online and offline requirements
  • Experience creating briefs, budgets, schedules and work plans
  • 3-5 years experience
  • BA required
  • Excel, Word, mail-merge functionality needed
  • MS Project


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
