Onward Search has an exciting contract opportunity for a Senior Analyst/Manager (Treasury) for a leading Health & Wellness client in San Francisco. You will contribute to the client's success by helping to manage the Company’s global cash position, operational activities, and reporting and by assisting the Head of Treasury on various issues in support of our goals.

Skills:

  • Support daily liquidity management and help set daily cash position and assist in all aspects of cash operations strategy regarding banking relationships, account structure, fee management, ongoing monitoring of policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all bank documentation, corporate resolutions and signatories are continually updated
  • Support the FX settlements process through FXALL
  • Manage overnight liquidity as it relates to the company’s excess cash and to meet daily targets.
  • Evaluate trends of banking transactions and activities.
  • Executes and provides support for cash management related projects and initiatives. Partner with internal team to coordinate and support the Company’s global products and systems and treasury-related requests and projects.
  • Maintain SOX/audit, compliance, key controls and document procedures associated with Treasury processes in conjunction with the Controllership organization.
  • Work with controllership organization to manage cash reconciliations for treasury-responsible general ledgers. Forecast and reconcile other income and expense for Treasury.
  • Produces financial reports for senior management to explain trends and variance analysis in an efficient and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Treasury or Finance experience at a top corporate or financial institution
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
  • A strong understanding of treasury, financial and operational controls
  • Experience with SAP is highly preferred
  • Excellent follow through and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated project management skills exercising sound judgment while displaying initiative and innovation on the job.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and objectively solve problems.
  • Ability to present analysis and recommendations to senior level management in a clear & concise format.
  • Possess analytical and inquisitive mindset with keen attention to detail
  • Great communication skills, well organized, strong project management skills, ability to multitask and be a team player is a must
  • Strong Excel knowledge and aptitude
  • Experience using various Treasury, banking and financial reporting systems (SAP, CapellaFX, FXALL, Thomson Reuters Eikon, CashPro, CEO, CitiDirect).
