Creative Project Manager

Onward Search is seeking a CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER to join an in-house team in Oakland. This role manages creative projects & activities to assure timelines, budgets and adherence to company guidelines are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the planning of projects and allocating tasks to ensure work is completed correctly and on time
• Ensure brand standards & consistency are in line with company standards
• Work with multiple teams in branding (web dev, content, strategy, design)
• Ensure other teams are looped in on process (IT, Sales Marketing, Product, Legal, Operations & Compliance)
• Track information and analyze results
• Ensure everything is following latest policies and protocols
• Provides collateral for annual audits and as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ yrs of experience in agency or in-house
• Solid understanding of creative process from start to finish
• Knowledge of creative workflow tools
• Detail-oriented with exceptional problem solving skills and impeccable communication skills both verbal and written
• Organized, timeline and project management skills

PREFERRED:

• Comfort with Jira, Workfront or other PM software
• PC literate, MS Office, SharePoint, SmartSheet
• Proficient in InDesign and other Adobe software desired
• Accessibility standards knowledge and quality assurance best practices preferred
• BA preferred (experience in lieu)
• PMP preferred
