Exciting opportunity to join a globally-known, consumer products company focused in promoting a healthy lifestyle. We’re looking a detail-oriented, Associate Content Manager to help create and manage productivity-driving workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring our client's content to life. This includes blogs, social media channels, apps and e-newsletters.


  • Work closely with the editorial team to organize editorial and production calendars
  • Run a weekly organizational meeting
  • Monitor blog post titles and other key SEO elements (and suggest improvements)
  • Track all text, video, and photo assets to ensure editorial content meets deadlines
  • Help define content strategies that enhance the user experience
  • Audit content in the digital landscape and make recommendations
  • Manage contracts to make sure freelancers are onboarded properly and paid on time
  • Resize, watermark, and file photos
  • Enhance images to optimize sharing
  • Coordinate with global marketing teams for on-time delivery of social and content marketing assets
  • Work with Lifecycle team to gather information and assets for a monthly content e-newsletter

  • 3+ years working in a role that involved managing editorial functions and/or setting content strategy for a publisher or consumer lifestyle brand
  • Familiarity with copy development process in print or digital publishing
  • SEO savvy
  • Google Analytics proficiency
  • Stellar organizational skills
  • Exceptional project management chops, including the ability to set and manage deadlines for multiple projects. Must love spreadsheets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or Communications


  • Experience writing and editing customer-facing content (blogs, social media copy, etc.) for the digital space
  • Knowledge of WordPress and/or similar CMS tools for content input and site or blog maintenance
  • A thorough knowledge of the English language, grammar, spelling, punctuation and usage


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
