Onward Search has an exciting opportunity for a Community Content Specialist with a growing fashion accessory company! Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Daily on-brand community management and engagement
  • Managing blog and content calendar; including post schedule, content + copy finalization, planning, approvals, and merchandising requests
  • Working cross-functionally with the the creative studio as well as social partners and agencies
  • Monitoring the website for product issues, customer complaints, social sentiment, and support needs
  • Working with Brand advocates on outreach and UGC for Zenni properties.
  • Working cross-functionally with merchandising for social requests, product promotions, and upcoming initiatives
  • Weekly social reporting including listening, performance, and insights

You must have 2+ years of relevant experience including project management of content marketing channels with passion for social media marketing. You must also have experience with blog content creation and layout.

This is a full-time role located in Novato that kicks off in December.

  • Must have experience within the consumer package goods industry
  • eCommerce industry experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Marketing highly desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong analytical skills
  • Collaborative team player with ability to also work independently without close direction
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure in a composed manner; ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly
