Our large corporate client is seeking a WEB CONTENT PROJECT MANAGER to handle website updates and managing internal needs. This role will work within a CMS and company websites to update and edit content coming through various channels. Requires someone to get up to speed quickly on company policy, company verbiage and messaging in order to comply and direct as needed. Work with various teams including IT and UAT.

SKILLS:

  • Review content for quality, accuracy, readiness
  • Provide estimates for content entry for budgeting and scheduling purposes
  • Work with Lead Content PM on schedules and roadblocks
  • Transfer content from various sources and resources to CMS
  • Work with UAT testing team to ensure content is tested for qualilty and accuracy
  • Help IT partners to resolve defects
  • Assist with production maintenance of content entry

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA Preferred
  • CMS migration experience
  • 5+ years of experience with content entry in Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience supporting production of content and CMS
  • Use of Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence and HipChat)
  • Experience with complex software release processes
  • Work with Teamsite/Wordpress
  • Basic HTML and CSS skills
  • Organized with extreme attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • Meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self managed - able to understand sense of urgency, be disciplined
  • Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal
