This person will help with the Ripple Brand Style Guides (guidelines for Ripple branded merchandise, guidelines for usage of branded graphics in office spaces, co-branding guidelines for partnerships in other countries, etc.). Ideally this person will have produced and created many brand style guides and has meticulous attention to details. If they have experience working on global brand guidelines in different languages – that’s a plus!
  • Serve as Designer on both internal and client-facing projects
  • Design ability that stretches across print, digital media, and event
  • An understanding of a mobile-first mindset
  • Apply user-centered design process to solve problems in emerging contexts that have little precedence
  • Participate in brainstorming and concepting sessions internally and with clients
  • Iterate and refine visual systems


  • 3+ years of experience working as Designer in an agency, in-house, or similar setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or similar
  • Solid portfolio demonstrating great approach to design, typography and more
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, specializing in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Stellar web design experience and an understanding of responsive design
  • Stellar portfolio that demonstrates creative range and conceptual thinking
  • Superior communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to produce quality (multiple iterations) work in short time-frames and manage time efficiently
  • Ambitious, proactive, conceptual, and honest
