Onward Search has a client that is looking for a Hybrid Designer for a long term contract assignment. You will work both independently and in collaboration with producers, copy writers, art directors and designers on projects across print and digital mediums.

Position Description
• Working on projects that include marketing collateral, websites, banners, etc.
• Edit existing files with product changes, copy changes and design modifications
• Self Manages and prioritize projects to meet pre-established timelines and deliver assets on-time
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Review revisions/comments for multiple projects via online proofing system


Minimum Qualifications
• At least 3 years of professional experience in design/creative field
• Must understand both print and digital design
• BA in Graphic Design or other relevant education
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design
• Ability to distinguish good layout/typography, apply color theory, hierarchy and balance
• Must show examples of work/portfolio
