Onward Search has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Designer who prides themselves on innovative retail design that compliments brand identity. As a Senior Designer, you’ll lead concept and execution of ad campaigns and various cross-functional communications for the company’s client.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute 2D and 3D retail designs
  • Develop beautiful, simple and unique in-store experiences across the world
  • Partner with our client's Channel Creative Lead and Creative team to develop design solutions for a variety of media

Qualifications:

  • BBA or BFA in Graphic Design or other related design discipline
  • Minimum 5 years work experience
  • Stellar portfolio
  • Ability to multi-task with the creative requirements of marketing communications.
  • Solid understanding of the design development process, including schedules, costs and resources needed to create great work on time and to specification
  • Proficient at taking feedback, staying on-brand and creating clever solutions to tough problems
  • Fluency in design software including, but not limited to, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling skills are a plus
  • Excellent organization skills - you’ll need to create a filing system that can be accessed and modified by the rest of the team
