Onward Search is seeking a CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST who has a knack for IT and internal communications. This role will participate in planning, implementing and recommending communication solutions for multiple programs & projects to meet overall brand/messaging goals.

You will be strategizing with leaders, identifying priorities, writing plans & briefs, creating presentations and more.

SKILLS:

  • Create messaging, positioning tactics consistent with brand
  • Prepare plans, briefs, presentations
  • Partner with IT Communications on communications and assist in coordinating communications with other IT Process & Tools projects
  • Recent experience in planning and implementing stakeholder engagement plans and internal communications campaigns for a large, complex organization, agency and health care background required, with track record of increasing responsibility

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA Preferred (Jouralism, English, Communications, PR)
  • 7+ years writing/editing corporate communications
  • Writing, planning, PowerPoint presentations
  • Backgound in PR, IT Content
  • Experience in change leadership and change communications a plus
  • Demonstrated professional-level writing and editing skills for Web and traditional media
  • Superior collaboration skills for working in a complex, non-hierarchical organizational structure
  • Able to respond to emerging issues and crises
