Our client, a top consumer electronics brand, is looking for an AEM Lead to join their team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical design
  • Oversee technical implementation and provide guidance to developers
  • Estimate effort and timelines for projects and deliverables
  • Communicate and coordinate with development teams located across the globe
  • Coordinate development with UX, QA and authoring teams located in different regions around the world, seek and incorporate feedback
  • Code and test AEM features/enhancement
  • Ensure quality deliverables and setup quality review and correction processes
  • Troubleshoot application/platform/infrastructure issues in production and lower environments
  • Work with Adobe Managed services during deployments and maintenance updates
  • Understand new AEM features launched by Adobe and evaluate fitment into Logitech environment
  • Take ownership of the stability, performance, security and maintainability of the web platform
  • Help develop and promote web development processes and best practices including design reviews, code reviews, and continuous integration.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years web development experience
  • Demonstrated development experience working with Adobe Experience Manager
  • Strong knowledge of web application architecture, including integration with search, ecommerce, web analytics, content targeting tools, and integration with other services using REST services
  • Performance tuning and optimization across CDN, dispatcher and publish environments
  • Strong spoken, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Multi-tasking, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills

BONUS POINTS:

  • Exposure to working with AEM 6.4+
  • Familiarity with best practices in MSM and localization
  • Understanding of AEM workflows and implementing to improve the author experience
  • Experience with e-commerce best practices
  • Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical individuals
  • A sense of humor, and the desire to help develop and further the culture
