Our client, an eCommerce company, is seeking a Manager, eCommerce Analytics & Optimization to join the team.
Primary function is to analyze eCommerce website changes, marketing initiatives, merchandising campaigns, website updates, and promotional offers
Optimize eCommerce and marketing strategies in order to drive traffic, sales, conversion and profitability
Provide recommendations to help improve reporting, tools & business processes as pertains to data analysis, drawing conclusions, providing actionable insights and presenting findings
Define key metrics, create & manage KPIs, and build dashboards & data visualization reports to evaluate performance
Improve business by identifying reporting gaps and developing automated reporting tools to drive actionable results
Work with A/B Testing teams
Run Ad-Hoc analysis
4-5 years experience in a highly analytical role, such as data analyst or data engineer
BA/BS degree preferably in finance, economics, or statistics
Experience with eCommerce operations
Highly proficient in data visualization, spreadsheet, and presentation tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, GoogleSheets, Google Slides, PowerPoint, etc.
Experienced in forecasting and data modeling using KPIs
