Partnership Marketing Manager

Our client, a top consumer electronics company, is looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager for a 6+ month contract to join their gaming team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Looking for a Marketing Partnership Manager to be instrumental in the development and execution of key programs with our strategic partners. You will help make this brand gear of choice for professional gamers, engage with esports fans worldwide and help develop content and programs that support our key partners. You will be part of a committed group of gamers and professionals who develop ideas and content to drive advocacy for one of the top brands in the gaming industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing and managing relationships with strategic partners to execute world class marketing programs
• Drive initiatives with internal stakeholders and external organizations in authentic and positive ways to achieve identified goals
• Engage regularly with partnership organizations to help get the brands gear in the hands of top competitors

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

• Experience developing marketing programs from inception through execution
• Deep understanding of esports and how to build effective gaming communities
• The ability to analyze partner management strategies and innovate on best practices
• Strong organizational and program management skills
• Experience working with and managing external partners, partnerships and agencies
• Ready to lead groups and ability to interact with partners
• Ability to develop presentations and recommendations to drive strategic alignment and decisions and marketing activities
• Self-motivated, passionate and high energy
• 5+ years experience in marketing and/or digital gaming communities
