Our client is looking for a People Engagement & Experiences Coordinator, with 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the execution of many global employee engagement programs and celebrations. You’re able to be equal parts head up in the clouds and boots on the ground when going between brainstorming ideas for new activations while managing existing programs from end-to-end.

This person is the ultimate host and connector. As a passionate and positive team player, you obsess over the details that go into designing meaningful experiences and creating memorable moments that spark conversation and connection. You’re an expert project manager and reliable partner to all internal stakeholders with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.

What you’ll be doing.

  • Supporting the planning, logistics, and execution of several company-wide employee engagement programs
  • Experiment with new ways to support and engage our team of global ambassadors
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams from Internal Events and Internal Comms to Experiential Marketing and Engineering
  • Brainstorming and building out new internal experiential programs.


  • A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of the digital media landscape
  • Intermediate to advanced with Mac and Google suite (mail, docs, sheets, slides, surveys, etc) and proficient to advanced Slack (or proven ability to learn equivalent tools quickly).
  • Event Planning: comfortable supporting events of all sizes, going from planning to execution.
  • Project Management: uses project management tools proficiently and can build timelines and stay on track to support assigned work.
