Our client, is international, creative communications agency, has an immediate need for a Video Producer.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire process from brainstorm/brief through final product with client
  • Project manage project details and all other relevant information from concept to wrap
  • Managed the day-to-day of an off shore team of video editors, including deadlines, deliverables, and approval
  • Manage relationships with key internal and exertional partners in a global environment
  • Responsible for overseeing shoots in studio and in the field
  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of pre and post production
  • Write scripts both in advance and on the fly with talent
  • Organize talent with all levels of on camera experience, from novice to pro
  • Develop new formats and creative approaches to what we are shooting
  • Maintain and extend brand aesthetics and quality standards

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience producing and/or directing for video (documentary film space is ideal)
  • Strong interest in business issues and communication strategy
  • Experience in various production environments from in studio to on location
  • Experience working with and producing talent
  • An extremely creative thinker, always challenging and improving your work
  • A visual storyteller
  • Solid writing chops
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Can work independently (self-starting) and within a team
  • Very high attention-to-detail and organization
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Premiere
