Manager of Architectural Photographers

Our client is looking to bring on a Full Time / Direct Hire Manager of Architectural Photographers in the San Francisco, CA area for commercial real estate property photography, drone footage, and video.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and mentor a growing team of 10+ full time Architectural Photographers in key geographic areas
• Coach team on best practices with media collection, postproduction, process optimization, and customer service
• Review photographers' work to ensure quality meets company's standards, offering constructive feedback
• Uphold professional communication with internal clients & partners from scheduling shoots to set up and on site

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience building & managing a cohesive team of photographers either permanently or on an on-going basis
• Portfolio featuring real estate and/or architectural photography and video
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro or similar), Microsoft Office and MAC OS
• Bachelor’s Degree

Bonus skills:

• Drone experience & license
