Our client, a Global ecommerce company, based outside of San Francisco is seeking a Business Analyst to join them for an ongoing contract engagement.
The CM business analyst drives the analytics efforts supporting the CM marketing and transactional email and notification programs. This includes program performance deep dives and testing (i.e., experimentation) and transform these insights into actionable recommendations to help the product and marketing teams drive decision making in future campaigns, as well as identify novel strategic opportunities.
There is a strong project management component in this role which requires great stakeholder management across different teams, such as product, engineers, but also analytics. The responsibilities encompass requirement collections from different stakeholder, but also assuring data tracking availability and data quality. While project management will initially be more dominant, the data validation and insights generation share will gradually increase.
