Assist in end-to-end recruitment needs, including survey and phone screening participants
Lead service design approach for participant communication, scheduling, and incentive management
Manage access to participants, research tools and services
Maintain data retention and privacy policies
Ensure appropriate maintenance of research facilities; procure appropriate equipment as needed
Support management and storage of research findings as needed
Assist in managing contracts and relationships with external vendors as needed
Assist in tracking and keeping research budget up to date as needed
Relevant experience 3+ years experience in research operations, research recruiting or research coordination roles
Experience in administrative duties such as phone screening, scheduling, project management, and budget tracking
Ability to see gaps and suggest ways to create more efficient participant recruitment processes
Familiarity with the product development process and design methods
Ability to work across multiple projects, in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with working hours to accommodate international research needs
Excellent communication skills, through speaking, drawing, and writing
Effective collaboration with a range of functions, including legal, security, design, data science and more
Experience managing global research logistics
Experience building and maintaining participant panels
Experience working in an agile setting
Ability to bring your personal interests and passions to the role to provide a unique perspective to research–whether from modern art, trends in architecture, 19th century history, cultural anthropology, or whatever gets you going
Openness to learn from people who are much different than you and a willingness to challenge your own assumptions
Ability to work flexibly and efficiently, exercising a balance between process rigor and agility
High comfort level in working within a proactive culture and navigating ambiguity;
