Onward Search is looking for an experienced usability researcher to bring a high level of creativity to one of our clients. With the goal of ensuring a better user experience, you will design, develop, run and assess usability studies for a variety of websites and applications. You’ll measure behavior and attitudes as well as conduct research on users to generate new insights. These insights can lead to site improvements and ultimately improve user experience over time.

Skills:

  • A background designing, building and running usability research studies
  • Ability to decipher user behaviors and expectations as well as different methods of conducting studies
  • Experience interpreting findings and recommending action items
  • Exceptional communication skills

Background:

  • 5+ years of experience conducting user research studies
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in marketing or technical-related major)
  • Up-to-date resume
  • Experience using analysis and analytics to uncover usability issues
