Scripter (Gaming)

Our client is looking for a Game Scripter for their game studio in a 6-9+ month contract position, remote, 40 hours per week, W2 with benefits, 9-5 or 10-6 EST time zone. The role is for a true go-getter, a strong problem solver, 6-24+ months experienced in scripting with CMS experience or Wordpress experience. JSON, C#, C++, live service, Jira experience is wanted. 1 Interview only is required for the position. Preferred is a background with a focus on titles in the casual/mobile market.

• Must have a solid understanding of casual gameplay mechanics/systems and how it works into level design
• Needs a major passion for crafting amazing casual games and user experience
• Looking for a candidate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong problem solver skills
• Needs the strong ability to learn new tools quickly
• Must have an evidence of work in an agile environment, negotiating live service deliverable
