Our client, a top electronics brand, is looking for a mid-level Scrum Master / Project Manager to join their Global Team for a 6+ month contract.


  • A typical day in the position will involve conducting sprint ceremonies, organizing meetings to resolve impediments, and meeting with stakeholders to plan future work

  • Manage the backlog: Work with numerous stakeholders to ensure their needs are accounted for and tracked. Ensure tickets are well defined and actionable

  • Align with stakeholders to prioritize and plan sprints to reflect business priorities

  • Escalate issues that impede the team

  • Manage risk and deployment schedules

  • Lead the team in estimating work, detailing requirements, and identifying dependencies

  • Allocate project resources with discipline managers

  • Track and communicate issue and project status

  • Process POs with Legal Partners and update budget and financial trackers

  • Publishing meeting minutes and action item logs when meeting with external stakeholders


  • Deliver consistent, predictable and repeatable results

  • Optimize processes to improve velocity over time. How have you tweaked or adjusted processes for efficiency

  • Skills and tools:

    • Google Drive, Documents, Sheets, and Slides

    • JIRA, Trello or other issue management systems for Agile

    • Slack, Google Chat

  • Work with:

    • Technical/Development

    • Web Experience Design

    • Business Groups

    • Audience Marketing

    • Vendors

  • Be a self-starter and independently manage projects and processes

  • Connect the dots at a strategic level to support cross functional teams

  • Team-player able to seamlessly partner with designers, marketing, and engineering. Have an upbeat, can-do attitude and work well with creative and technical teams

  • Able to juggle conflicting priorities


  • 3+ years related industry experience, with demonstrated skills/expertise in Project / Scrum Master.Prior experience in high tech and consumer products environment with cross functional teams highly desired
  • Prior experience managing enterprise technical web projects (e.g. AEM) in an Agile framework using Scrum or Kanban processes and ticket management tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello) is essential

  • Scrum training and certification is helpful, but practical experience managing true Agile teams is essential

  • Experience creating comprehensive project timelines utilizing project management software, e.g. MS Project, Workfront, At-Task, SmartSheets, etc.

  • Prior experience working with eCommerce Platforms (e.g. Digital River, ScaleFast) very helpful


  • The successful candidate will have a combination of classroom and on the job training in order to acquire the skills to perform this job well

  • Scrum Master training is strongly preferred. Prior success implementing the scrum process, fluency in terms, methodologies and responsibilities is required

  • 4 Year College Degree, BA or BS from accredited university/college is preferred, but is not required
