Our client, a leading fitness center, is looking for a Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join their team on a 4-6 week freelance role beginning on-site in NYC on December 17th. You must be able to use your own computer for this role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running one search campaign across roughly 150 clubs.
  • Optimizing the search campaign where possible within budget.
  • Provide reporting on analytics and results, and deliver recommendations for campaign enhancements.
  • Manage re-targeting campaign.
  • Maintain existing search engine marketing (SEM) strategies and execution, including existing AdWord campaigns, making optimizations following Google best practices and providing reporting.
  • Identify analytical and creative opportunities to improve the SEM performance, including CPC (cost per click) and CPL (cost per lead).
  • Create performance reports as needed.
  • Other tasks may apply.

About you:

  • Minimum of four years of paid search/SEM marketing experience.
  • Experience working with large companies with many stakeholders.
  • Detailed experience with search engines such as Google, Yahoo! and Bing.
  • Keyword research and experience estimating campaign size and budget.
  • Can provide detailed report creation for paid advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and other Web scripting languages.
  • Your own computer is necessary for this role.
