Our client, an e-commerce jewelry, seeks a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Lead with 3+ years of experience.

This person will work alongside their agency partner to own their SEO strategy. This includes developing, building and executing tactics to grow organic traffic.


  • Build an SEO product roadmap that continues to drive our organic traffic growth
  • Own the performance and growth of the SEO channel; driving traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue, both on-site and off-site
  • Partner with other teams to drive SEO initiatives in-line with their respective objectives
  • Develop SEO strategies that increase rankings and traffic - keyword analysis and recommendations for structure of website and web pages
  • Build and execute SEO elements into every product initiative
  • Measure the effectiveness of SEO strategy (rankings, traffic, conversions) - use data to inform decision-making
  • Set goals/KPIs and monitor performance metrics daily to understand SEO performance
  • Work closely with development team to write user stories and requirements a
  • Recommend optimal SEO tools to scale and grow SEO program
  • Stay up-to-date on latest SEO and digital marketing trends


  • 3 – 5 years experience in SEO/Web site experience (preferably in consumer-focused websites)
  • Proven SEO experience building inbound organic search traffic
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • In-depth experience with search and web analytics tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Web development teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Entrepreneurial attitude/self-starter
  • Interest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products
