Our client, an inhouse agency at a world renouned name in the entertainment industry is seeking a Paid Search Media Manager to join their team.

Repsonsibilities

  • Spearhead the creation, management, and optimization of all paid search campaigns within dedicated line of business(es)
  • Participate in strategy discussions and contribute ideas for testing, customer experience, and data analysis
  • Perform competitive analysis and develop a comprehensive industry understanding
  • Intake and organize campaign media plans while assisting in campaign deliverables including keywords/copy, reporting, test plans, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Accountable for on-time execution of all campaigns and follow through with prompt reporting
  • Prepares routine ad-hoc reports in response to client and internal questions and requests
  • Use engine UIs, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, and Datorama to assess trends and campaign delivery, while identifying areas of opportunity
  • Summarize campaign performance and recap search initiatives both internally and externally, using data to tell a story
  • Provide creative solutions to internal and external challenges
  • Foster relationships with internal media teams as well as external stakeholders (reps and clients) to deliver the best in-class servicing
  • Train more junior team members on paid search basics and strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years in Search Engine Marketing required
  • Ability to work well within a team, while having the autonomy to work independently and troubleshoot outside of guidance from a Sr. Manager.
  • Experience with data and using it to tell a story. Must be able to ingest large amounts of data and interpret trends and opportunities
  • Experience using Search Ads 360 as a campaign management platform
  • Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Possesses strong communication skills and can conversate professionally and intelligently about search campaigns and data
  • Experience managing large volume of campaigns and ability to stay organized is crucial
