Our client, an entertainment Advertising agency, is in need of a Senior Account Executive of Creative Operations to join their team on a freelance basis with the opportunity to become a permanent employee.

This role will begin as early as August 13th.


  • Steward our team's integrated creative projects from brief through execution.
  • Drive all creative project operations including development, design and production workflows.
  • Lead our relationships with internal and external creative resources including sourcing, booking and managing talent.
  • Act as the gatekeeper of all creative assets going to the client, reviewing and approving based on your expertise in the business and our client.
  • Partner with brand directors on briefs, timelines, presentations and team needs.
  • Write, present and actively manage the Scopes of Work and staffing plans.
  • Create, actively manage and reconcile budgets and forecasts.
  • Partner with our legal and finance departments on invoicing, contracts, etc.
  • Stay current on industry trends as it pertains to our client and agency business.
  • Run internal creative operations meetings, as well as, client meetings.
  • Manage our media partnerships and look for opportunities to build upon them.
  • You will contribute to the ideation on new business pitches, briefs, and projects.
  • Other tasks may apply.


  • Minimum of 5 years of integrated creative advertising agency experience.
  • Have the experience to lead a team of account, creative and production talent.
  • You have experience in client management/negotiation, media partnerships and working with influencers/celebrities.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • You maintain a high level of organization and can prioritize appropriately.
  • You have an interest in the sponsorship, lifestyle and entertainment industries.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
