Our client, an advertising agency, is looking for Sr. Account Executive to join their team for a fulltime role!

Sr. Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Helping develop comprehensive, strategic ad campaigns for assigned products
  • Managing the development of projects from initiation to completion while remaining on time, within budget, and on strategy
  • Supervising advertising expenditures and budgets on assigned products
  • Communicating with the Management Supervisor on a regular basis as to the status of account, meetings, issues, etc.
  • Communicating with all agency personnel to ensure assigned projects are correctly executed including Legal and Medical accuracy and satisfactory appearance of assigned communications projects
  • Planning for new product opportunities
  • Developing creative platforms for assigned brands. Provide strategic input for creative team and participates in creative development sessions
  • Presenting campaigns to clients and presenting recommended consumer and professional audience campaigns and tactics with the assistance of key Agency Account Management and Creative staff, when appropriate
  • Conduct strategy review meetings for Creative and Legal/Medical
  • Supply clients with accurate and timely budget reports and provide budget guidelines to Creative and Production teams on assigned projects. Recommend to client’s budget revisions which adjust to budgeted levels or increase or decrease advertising spends in the face of market or competitive activities
  • Handle MLRC submissions from start to finish
  • Supervise up to 2 direct reports

Sr. Account Executive Qualifications:

  • BA in related field
  • 4-6 years' previous experience within Account Services in an agency setting
  • Experience managing MLR processes
  • Medical device experience strongly preferred, also open to pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare industry experience
  • Attention to detail, meticulous time management and project management skills required
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with ProofHQ a plus
