Senior Analyst, GEC Compliance

Onward Search needs a Senior Analyst, GEC Compliance for a multinational retail company.

You'll join their in-house marketing agency that is uniquely designed to help brands reach hundreds of millions of shoppers across their entire shopping journey, online and in stores.

This is a 6 month contract opportunity with the likelihood of an extension.

Job Description:
Analyzes and drives rules efficiency to support policies
Building rules to meet changing business needs.
Identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
Analyzing data to identify the root cause of process issues.
Testing rules to build improved efficiencies and processes
Communicating changes to key stakeholders.

Manages T&S processes for Global Compliance:
Collaborating with partners (e.g. Compliance, Marketplace, Merchandising, T&S Operations) to resolve cross-functional implications.
Analyzing results to measure the effectiveness of rules.
Auditing rules to limit impact to legitimate transactions.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) (for example, catch rate, hit rate).

Must haves:
eCommerce, merchandising, content moderation, or data analysis background.
Intermediate to advanced Excel experience (for example pivot tables, end to end data analysis)
Data analysis experience
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
High degree of initiative and deadline-driven productivity

Plus:
Risk, Policy or Trust and Safety experience
SQL experience
Content review or moderation experience
Understanding of SEO or SEM
Interest in history, pop culture, news (Political, National, World, Business)
Item setup experience
