Onward Select is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Product Strategy to work with one of our clients in the travel/hospitality industry located in Miami!


  • Build financial models for both New Product change orders and Product Modernizations, working cross-functionally with hotel operations, revenue management, and revenue to develop reasonable assumptions based on performance benchmarks
  • Identify and size opportunities to pursue for new Product Launches as well as Product Modernizations
  • Collaborate with Finance to develop and submit capital requests to secure funding for product development projects
  • Hypothesize consumer desires and collaborate with the Insights team to test hypotheses
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Operations to develop P&L statements for new concepts and benchmark to existing spaces
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses (new concept profitability, scope decision scenarios) to guide decision-making on design of future products
  • Perform other duties as required


  • 3 years of experience in business analysis or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced Access, Essbase, and BRIO preferred
  • Strong knowledge of travel industry preferred
  • Analytical: using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and opportunities of alternative solutions and conclusions
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles to lead management on strategic initiatives and guid analysis
  • Financial Modeling: Evaluating data, determining optimal way to spend to accomplish company goals
