Our client, a consumer goods company, is seeking a Full Time Sr. Art Director / Graphic Designer.

The Sr. Art Director / Graphic Designer will work from concept through production, partnering with an external agency, and take on the role of being the brand creative steward, providing input across all creative as to its brand fit.

Candidates with experience working for creative agencies, a portfolio with food & beverage brands and digital work will be pushed to the top of the list!


  • Leverage and help augment overall brand creative design so that it can be applied to various creative assets.

  • Design, maintain, and execute branded content for digital and social media.

  • Drive creative direction for ecommerce assets for website and consumer demand generating materials.

  • Create additional assets as needed for other departments within the company.

  • Execute projects from concept to final delivery, including all versioning, resizing, etc.

  • Identify and cultivate external freelance creative resources for creative asset delievery, as needed.

  • Be the brand steward, ensuring all collateral is on brand.

  • Manage assets within a Data Asset Management system.

  • Ability to coordinate seamlessly with internal teams

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of design experience.

  • Understands and demonstrates the fundamentals of graphic design as it applies to brand, layout, and digital graphic production.

  • Knowledge of current design innovations and best practices.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc)

  • Experience designing for digital platforms /digital marketing initiatives.

  • Exceptional design aesthetic, graphic design & typography skills.

  • Ability to execute a high volume of high-quality work at a very fast pace; excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and quickly execute.

  • A complete team player that can get along with a range of personalities.

  • Impeccable communication skills.

  • Connections to high caliber freelance talent preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
