Are you a Sr. Art Director looking for a quick project? Do you have previous Pharma experience or are looking to add that to your book? Then keep reading!

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Concept ideas for site, social and other digital projects
  • Help the client create two social programs. For the first, we are creating a community based, socially driven program which will live within Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
  • For the second, we are to define and create a social program/platform which will exist primarily in Instagram. Our team will generate ideas and concepts

Requirements:

  • We need one Sr. Art Director for each project. Both need to be able to concept ideas
  • They will be starting from scratch and working with a Copywriting partner
  • These people must be digitally proficient, and have a lot of campaign experience
  • Experience with digital campaign development and creating content are crucial
  • Experience with shooting film would help as well
  • We are notlooking for animated banners nor very experienced Creative Directors
  • Highly preferred if at least one of the two Sr. ADs really understands photoshop and illustrator and is a hands-on designer as well as conceptual

Skills for Sr. Art Director:

  • Equally skilled in concept development and the design process with a focus on campaigns and content
  • Leverages an advanced knowledge of technology, user interface and visual design fundamentals
  • Collaborates seamlessly with creative team and cross-discipline leads
  • Establishes/gives direction to others on concepts, mood boards, and presentations
  • Directs photo and video shoots
  • Has detailed knowledge of client’s business objectives
  • Develops tools to improve internal processes
  • Client-facing representative for creative presentations
  • Actively participates in brainstorms and other idea-generating team sessions
  • Fosters a collaborative, agile and innovative environment
  • Takes full ownership of projects
  • Serves as a mentor
  • Gives continuous feedback to peers
  • Champions the art craft within Agency
  • Actively shapes and participates in company culture

Experience:

  • 5+ years design experience, preferably in a digital agency
  • Exceptional portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and strong understanding of branding
  • Expert command of standard design and layout applications
  • Proven creative problem solving skills
  • Advanced understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns and mobile experiences
  • Expert knowledge of, and the ability to lead, the production process
  • Able to plan and execute shoots for video and still photography
  • Solid knowledge of all steps required in the creative development process

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising/Portfolio school
