A global medical aesthetics brand is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join their team for a remote contract-role!

Senior Brand Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and socialize a content strategy that reinforces brand values, reasons to believe and competitive advantages.
  • Create and execute against a strategic campaign calendar, gracefully balancing the needs of the assigned program, products and brand with those of our promotion and portfolio partners.
  • Ensure we are delivering the right message through the right channel at the right time.
  • Track customer journeys, identifying key intervention points for educational and sales opportunities to continuously drive value.
  • Drive sustainable growth for the business by increasing awareness, consideration, and intent among target audiences.
  • Drive vision and execution of creative deliverables in partnership with internal and external creative partners.
  • Ensure brand and creative excellence across all deliverables while adhering to guidance and requirements from legal, regulatory and compliance partners.
  • Serve as the interim Social Media Manager for assigned brands.
  • Work cross functionally to define and track campaign success metrics.
  • Foster deep-rooted expertise on the aesthetics market, customer and consumer journeys.
  • Represent assigned brands with intelligence, integrity, creativity and consistency in all internal and external communications.
  • Support smooth operations by adeptly managing administrative tasks.

Senior Brand Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required.
  • 4-6 years of experience driving brand and content strategy for a SaaS brand.
  • SMB or marketplace experience in a highly regulated industry strongly preferred.
  • Ability to flex between B2B and B2C brand and content strategies.
  • Extensive experience partnering with creative, design, product and performance marketing and promotions teams, as well as external partners, to create content.
  • Excellent listening, writing and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the content lifecycle, and how to organize and maximize asset value.
  • Strategic thinking, strong execution and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Willingness to approach projects with a can-do attitude and create processes where there isn’t one.
  • An agile and flexible work style.
  • Deep appreciation for consistency and detail.
  • Digitally savvy and comfortable with new technologies (e.g., Confluence / Jira, MIRO, Loom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Suite, etc.)
