Our client, located in downtown Boston is currently on the search for a Project Manager to join their growing team!

The Project Manager will focus on ensuring that brand strategies are executed to their full potential creating product and brand demand, understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information.


  • Create systems, processes and tools that positively impact productivity, profitability, accountability and service
  • Manage project budget and timelines; share, develop and implement best practices with peers; work closely with external agencies and vendors
  • Lead Marketing Operations for Brand Projects (including GTM Milestones, Tradeshows, and Media Events); develop project schedules and work assignments against forecasted project load
  • Drive execution to the consumer, throughout the marketing process
  • Brand Asset Management: Ensure consistent & efficient delivery/sharing of Brand content from global to region or region to business units, through defined tools and processes
  • Partner to drive clear and efficient process for enhancement or creation of additional assets for marketplace execution as needed make changes to processes, procedures to find efficiencies
  • Manage day to day brand project operations with internal partners and external resources
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales to provide guidance and assistance when needed
  • Partner with Brand Design and the Retail Project Manager on seasonal photoshoot planning and production
  • Partner with Brand Design to ensure agency and freelance resources have all necessary assets
  • Create system for tracking each brief, status, budget, workback, etc.
  • Monitor and traffic deliverables for approvals, feedback, approvals, etc.
  • Facilitate accountability for staying on schedule (both external resources AND internal teams), routing for proper feedback within timelines, etc.
  • Continual communication to all brief stakeholders re: status of projects
  • Partner with internal and external resources to continually elevate brand experience and presentation at internal and external meetings and events
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Develop a solid network of go to resources (agency, vendor, freelance)
  • Partner with Procurement for bidding and job awarding to ensure best pricing, timelines, etc.
  • Provide assistance in the development of project budgets based on scope, timing and resource allocation
  • Ensure all projects are approved by the budget owner prior to the commencement of work
  • Manage projects to deliver on budget, providing solutions, and working with budget owner to manage any potential risk
  • Be the primary point of contact for estimates and invoices generated by agency, vendor, and freelance resources
