Onward Search is looking for a SR. BRAND STRATEGIST who will create brand strategies for their clients and for the agency itself. Looking for a seasoned Brand Strategist who is ready for a move and can hit the ground running. Focus for strategy is building foundations that stand the test of time and will help grow the clients as well as the agency building on processes, personnel and relationships.

This is a leadership position that oversees and contributes to new business and engagement strategy by encouraging innovative ways to build brands, plan for changes and future events and drive engagement with their customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Solid leadership skills with customer insight, brand positioning, development and brief writing. Be the solution-finder for client's biggest challenges
  • Exceptional guidance & management of Insight generation - partner with research to ideate and co-create research methodology as needed
  • Responsible for creating creative briefs and overseeing the strategic opportunities from launch creation to execution
  • Work with many departments, offices, clients, vendors, agencies to bring about success for all clients. Ensure all development is on point with strategy
  • Able to present compelling presentations to clients and teams
  • Solid grasp of the world of strategy, media, research, etc to continually bring the best to the client's
  • BA required. Graduate degree a plus
  • 5+ years in a strategy role in an agency setting
  • Pharma experience required
  • Excellent solution-oriented, positive, collaborative passion needed
  • Expert at finding insights and knowledge that leverage marketing efforts
  • Able to translate the client's needs and objectives into actionable and measurable strategic recommendations
  • Solid understanding of marketing and advertising
