What we’re looking for:

This role provides day-to-day communications support to an internal audience. Additionally, it supports projects, events and internal campaigns by developing and implementing strategic communications plans.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Push the envelope and strive for the extraordinary
  • Execute and build communications strategies around internal projects and events
  • Research, compile and distribute relevant news through various internal channels
  • Ensure communications:
  • Tell an articulate, consistent story, with a strong voice and in the right channels
  • Are focused, accurate and aligned with the higher-level business objectives
  • Openly and actively contribute as a member of the Financial Services Communications team
  • Possess excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to produce original, brand-elevating content
  • Have deep focus, exceptional judgment and the ability to pay painstaking attention to detail and deliver against aggressive timelines
  • Be highly motivated, proactive, flexible and results-oriented – willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, even in situations where the work is outside of the scope of your respective role
  • Retain strong organizational and prioritization capabilities
  • Hold experience in communicating to a broad audience
  • Have knowledge of AP Style

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • At least four years of experience in writing or communications
  • At least three years of experience in developing a communication strategy for a department or company
  • At least two years executive communication support

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English or Journalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and the Google Suite
  • Five years of experience in writing or communications
  • Four years of experience in developing a communication strategy for a department or company
