Onward Search is looking for a Sr. Content Strategist to join one of our Top agency clients in Austin Texas on a 5-6 month contract!

In this role you must:

  • Understand current product lines, including existing all documentation and user flows.
  • Meet the expectation along with content team to understand the product inside and out and facilitate design thinking across disciplines
  • Ability to look for opportunities to reuse content as product owners suggest new features
  • Vet client requests and requirements to ensure optimal user experience is maintained and proactively offer recommendations to improve designs
  • Ensure product enhancements align to established patterns/conventions to maintain usability and accessibility
  • Coordinate with product owners, copywriters, experience designers and visual designers as new microcopy is needed to support the enhancements in #2 above
  • Stay in constant communication with Austin team to understand and track cross-project dependencies
  • Support the internal digital delivery team with wireframe , copy decks, design comps and html development across Ad creative campaigns and landing pages
