Our client, an agency client, is seeking a Senior Creative producer for a temp to perm opportunity. You will Work closely with the operations team on setting project schedules and manage calendars for the creative team along with the following skills and competencies.


  • Work closely with the creative leads on brainstorms and project ideation.
  • Work closely with the strategist to ensure creative content aligns with the campaign strategy.
  • Create and own RFPs, pitch decks, treatments, proposals, and budgets.
  • Work closely with the executive team on creating, negotiating and managing SOWs and estimates.
  • Write copy and manage brand’s social and digital channels across multiple platforms.
  • Negotiate and manage SOWs and budget estimates.
  • Ensure creative and marketing campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
  • Manage 4-5 full-time Producers, and 3-4 freelancers.
  • Manage internal and external relationships including freelance designers, copywriters, strategists and analysts.


  • 5-10 years experience in a creative marketing agency in entertainment or gaming being a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social and digital creative production covering Static and Motion production, Video and Photoshoots.
  • Strong understanding of social, digital and integrated campaign workflows (Mobile, Organic and Paid media, Influencer marketing).
  • Must be able to provide initial copy, strategy and creative recommendations.
  • Strong people, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Extremely process oriented with a keen ability to multitask and switch between projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, and willing to go beyond the scope of a traditional agency role.
  • Collaborative and open to change and new ideas.
