Our client, a premium streaming content provider, is seeking a freelance Sr Creative Project Producer to join their team.

You will report to the Director, Creative Production and work on the Creative Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the marketing team in the creation, development and/or production of licensed, originals and brand marketing 360 experiences
  • Being the integral point person to bringing all pieces together and is the core creative role between brand, licensed, originals, visual design and technology
  • Define and assess project requirements, day-to-day brand campaign creative management, individual project and master calendaring, and inter- and intra-department communication including both video and digital production experience
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Creative, Ad Solutions, Ad Research, Video Producers, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters and other internal groups to create high quality design, video and rich media materials
  • Work in an independent fashion, solve problems, make decisions, and communicate effectively in difficult situations
  • Be passionate about delivering the best creative, but able to find ways of producing it that does not jeopardize schedule and budget
  • Lead licensed and originals production pod, assessing projects and delegating workload among the producer team based on scope, timing, and project fit.
  • Projects will include both video and rich media projects, with a focus on advertising materials that both inspire and inform
  • Manage junior producers, working with team to foster growth and troubleshoot project roadbumps.
  • Lead process and procedure improvements
  • Lead effective meetings and reviews, with the ability to assess and communicate clear next steps

Musts:

  • 6-8 years experience producing design, video, and html5-based marketing creative professional advertising/agency/marketing environment
  • Ability to convey thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in visual, verbal, and written format
  • Strong project management principles
  • Gracefully giving and receiving constructive and honest feedback on all creative projects
  • A current knowledge of rich media, video technology, and video entertainment that can be applied to the advertising experience
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality with a critical eye in terms of aesthetics
  • An ability and love of learning and innovating is essential
  • Technically savvy, a whiz at figuring out solutions on the fly to tricky issues
  • Comfortable working with team members who use Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, After Effects, Motion, ProTools, Soundtrack Pro, and SoundBooth
  • Knowledge of screen recording software such as Screen Flow or SnapzPro
  • Knowledge of both Mac and PC platforms and the ability to work in and prepare files for both platforms
  • Ability to shine under pressure, creating on-the-fly changes to meet tight deadlines, and willingness to adapt is essential
  • Possess a passion for delivering the best creative, but be able to find ways of producing it that does not jeopardize schedule and budget
