Our client, a growing boutique creative experiential agency, is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to help guide the strategic process of the company. This person will report directly to the Creative Director as a member of the creative team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ideate strategic and creative briefs for the agency and it's clients
  • Deliver briefs and lead brainstoming of agendas for kicking off projects - this will be done in collaboration with the design lead and Creative Director
  • Lead and contribute to group brainstorming
  • Partner with the CCO and Creative Director to concept and develop strategic platforms for large experiential activations across multiple platforms
  • Responsible for building all experiential proposal and RFP/new business decks
  • Come up with innovative and effective solutions that are within budget, timing and on-brief for client objectives
  • Write clear and concise briefs that bring your creativity to life
  • Present creative concepts to clients acting as a steward for the work
  • Develop and nurture new client relationships while continuing to foster those of current clients
  • Prepare storyboards and feedback on video content that were gathered after an event has been produced
  • Oversee and nurture a team of junior copywriters

About you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in experiential marketing in a strategic position that required creative concepting, brainstorming and execution
  • BA or equivalent in relevant major (advertising, marketing, creative writing)
  • Successful track record of executing successful experiential campaigns
  • Ability to translate cultural insights into amazing experiential campaigns
  • Knowledge of the current market and consumer trends
  • Ability to work in a team environment and can be a team player
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can manage multiple work streams at once
  • Proficient in Keynote, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Curious and obsessive in your quest to learn new things
