Onward Search is on the hunt for a Senior Creative Strategist to join the team of our entertainment-focused Ad Agency client for a full-time role. You will report to the Head of Strategy and will be a critical contributor to the strategic vision and creation of integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Distilling research & analytics to bring creative briefs to life and using information from RFPs to develop creative briefs that unify agency verticals
  • Contributing to the creation of presentation materials with other vertical leads and presenting research & recommendations to vertical counterparts
  • Leading inspiring ideation and brainstorming sessions
  • Collaborating with an analyst to develop key reporting insights and extrapolate learnings to optimize creative briefs, strategies, and concepts
  • Keeping on top of trends in digital & social and recommending new ways to improve & streamline processes
  • Developing content to target key audiences through social and digital platforms
  • Providing genre-specific guidance on projects throughout the duration of the campaigns
  • Providing mentorship to teammates

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in entertainment marketing, creative advertising, or on a creative team working on global campaigns and building communities (in strategy, experiential, innovative OOH & digital)
  • Expert level across all social platforms and understanding of the evolving social media landscape & shifting consumer behavior
  • Ability to translate big ideas into disruptive concepts
  • Background in public speaking and/or presenting
  • Native understanding of the digital/mobile space
  • Prior experience creating multi-platform strategies and managing 360-integrated campaigns from brief to execution
  • Strong understanding of Millennial & Gen Y demographics
  • Analytical skills & research background
  • Understanding of the creative process
