Our Client, a leading digital agency, is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join their team. This job is currently remote, but will be required to go into office in NYC at a later time.

What you will be doing:

  • Team up with Project Managers, Art Directors, Creative Account Managers, Media Planners, Influencer, and Analytics in fulfilling client deliverables, understanding the client asks and establishing KPIs
  • Lead Strategy Development for 360 campaigns and work alongside cross-functional leadership
  • Lead Creative Strategy and collaborate with cross-functional leadership on conceptualization and development of 360 campaigns and initiatives
  • Lead research and data analysis that provides cultural and audience i insights to inform creative and media planning
  • Conduct analysis of industry trends and competitor brands
  • Develop omni-channel briefs for internal and external teams
  • Share curated learnings and creative best practices with internal teams throughout the creative process
  • Empower teams to make the most effective creative
  • Monitor, measure and evaluate efficacy of the creative deliverables once campaigns are live
  • Act as creative strategist leads on new business pitches

  • Know how to bring to life platform-optimized paid and organic social campaigns
  • Highly collaborative with the creative to help deliver the best possible work
  • Thrive at turning the complex into simple narratives/strategies for creatives and clients
  • You can map out the ways to seamlessly link media and creative
  • Get stuff done with positive energy; able to rally a team
  • Comfortable dealing with cross-functional groups and managing timelines
  • Able to determine and fill needs of projects while problem solving and foreseeing future needs
  • You will be an active participant in shaping the growth of this department
